All sales are final! please make sure to read the description of the items before placing your order. If an item breaks within 3 days after receiving it, You're eligible for a refund of that item. Please visit the contact section on our website to fill out a report.
The buyer must pay return shipping if a return is requested. You must obtain an exchange authorization approval before returning your items (form will contain returning address). Only unworn and originally packaged items will be accepted for an exchange or store credit.
All items are handmade, so please understand that some small imperfections may occur. Some examples are: Small bubbles, slight variances of color from what appears on the website, and small marks. None of these will affect the functionality or overall appeal of the items. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these.
Sale items, Special orders, Promo codes, and personalized bundles cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.
