Shipping policy

Motavation lives for the green! we insure proper care and handling of our items for the best experiences. All orders will be shipped using USPS priority mail, so please allow 10-12 business days to receive your items. This includes processing time. Times may vary due to external factors (Weather, Shipping delays, holiday's, etc.).

Please double-check your shipping information, any incorrect information inputs are NOT our responsibility.

All orders are tracked by USPS. If package is lost, please contact USPS. Once items have been shipped, they're no longer in our control, therefore not our responsibility. 

Shipment days are Monday - Thursday. I use the weekends to create and package all items and also enjoy our time off. Please wait after the full 12 business days before contacting us concerning your order(s). 

Please Note: International shipping may take anywhere between 3 weeks to 3 months to be delivered. Please keep this in mind when placing orders outside of the USA. We insure proper procedures to get your order to you as soon as possible. please know that Customs and Border Protection can take a while to verify your package.
